Administrative procedure 200.25.1 is carried out based on Resolution No. 13 of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated November 13, 2020, «On the Procedure for Conducting Certification for the Assignment (Confirmation) of the Qualification of a Forensic Expert».

List of Required Documents

• Application in the form established by the State Forensic Examination Committee.
• A notarized copy of an educational document confirming higher education in the relevant specialty and its appendix, and if higher education was obtained from a foreign institution, a notarized copy of a certificate recognizing the educational document issued in a foreign state and establishing its equivalence (correspondence) to an educational document of the Republic of Belarus (at least 1 copy).
• Educational documents (training documents) confirming mastery of the content of the additional adult education program for the declared type (subtype) of forensic examination.
• A copy of your work record book (except in cases where legislation does not require its maintenance), certified by your place of employment, or, if you do not have a place of employment, a notarized copy of your work record book (if available).
• Documents confirming your professional experience and your experience as an expert.
